The Bible says in Proverbs 18:24: A man that has friends must show himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticks closer than a brother. Friendship, much like love and respect, is not always automatic but must be earned. This biblical advice is simple: Want to acquire friends? Be friendly yourself. Few things in life are more valuable than a true friend, one who will be closer and do more for you than even a brother. Do you have a friend like that? I hope so, but if you don't, the greatest Friend of all is Jesus. Invite Him into your life.
