Even Then, Jesus Loves You

When you make excuses for not serving him better

When your actions are ugly and cruel

When with your brethren you don't want to gather

When you're selfish and act like a fool

When you pretend not to hear and coldly ignore Him

When you've dropped Him from his spot in first place

When you don't bare your troubles before Him

Even then, Jesus loves you

 

When you choose your own way and then stumble

When you threaten to go on your own

When you boast and you're no longer humble

When you think you can make it alone

When you no longer feel that you need Him

When you've slowly forgetting to pray

When it no longer moves you to grieve Him

Even then, Jesus loves you
