In three of the Gospels, there is a story about a poor widow who dropped her only two coins in the temple's treasury as an offering. Jesus saw her, and knowing that she did it out of love and gratitude to God, not only commended her to others on that day, but also ordered that this story also be included wherever the Gospel would be preached, as a memorial to her. (Read Mark 14:9) I bet this lady never imagined back then that one day her story would be in the Bible, bringing joy and encouragement to countless readers. When God takes the little that we can offer and uses it to touch others, an indescribable joy surges in our hearts. Offer what you have to others. Feel the Joy!
